  I wish that I could give no stars!!! Rude loud was what my children and I first encountered. I got a flat on a 10 day old tire that I purchased from Alabama... These guys fixed the tire and didn't want to put it back where the spare goes and called me a lie when I explained that my husband and the other pep boys were able to remove the tire and put it back!!! Never again... Pep boy's has lost a faithful customer.. There's no way that I will buy 5 tires from a company that allows their workers give half ass service!!!
