  The worst experience ever!! It took JOE 3 months to completely destroy my computer. I orginally had a port issue, no problem said Joe it should take 2-3 days & less than $40. Oh great, so I thought. To good to be true. 3 weeks later, I called repeatedly, no call back, when I went to pick up week 4, port was repaired.yeah right, Joe tells me the price is $140 part was shipped from Japan. OK why is my computer slow, you know what I will clean up your system, at no charge for your patience. Oh really how long will that take only a couple of days. I should've known better.4 weeks later I get my computer, all information gone. They tried to put Dell on my Sony. I have nothing no windows,no internet. Nothing!! I go back to Joe he refuses to correct the problem, tells me to sue him Wow!! Customer service. Take advantage of people, overcharge, destroy their property, call the police on them, deny any wrong. Pay back is a mother. You will reap what you sow.
